Ovaj način pripreme pirinča je jednostavan a predivan je i ukusan za jelo. Recept sam našla na instagramu ali je nalog ugašen i ja ga ovako čuvam za vas koji volite pirinač.
Potrebno je:
-jedna šolja pirinča (najbolje okruglog zrna)
-jedna šolja vode
-malo soli ili suvog začina (vegete)
Priprema:
Prvo odmerite jednu šolju pirinča, zatim taj pirinač operite 3 do 4 puta u HLADNOJ VODI i ocedite.
Zatim u šerpu sipajte pirinač i istom šoljom odmerite jednu šolju vode i poklopite. (nije loše providnim poklopcem da vidite kad počne da ključa).
Stavite na ringlu (običnu ne na brzu ploču)i uključite na najjače. I najvažnije NIKAKO NE OTVARATI POKLOPAC.
Posle 4 do 5 min isključite ringlu i ostavite tako naringli 20 min ništa ne dirajte.
Tek posle 20 min otvoriti poklopac promešati posoliti i služiti

POTREBNO JE
1. jedna veća oblanda
2. 250 gr margarina ili putera
3. 400 gr šećera
4. 200 gr čokolade
5. 400 ml kisele pavlake
300 gr mlevenog plazma keksa
Prvo rastopiti margarin pa dodati šećer promešati malo pa dodati čokoladu, mešati da se istopi, dodati zatimpavlaku i izjednačiti masu onda dodati mlevenu plazmu i još 1 minut držati na vatri. Tom smesom filovato oblandu. Mazati prvo ravnu stranu, pa staviti odozgo kockastu. i poslednju okrenuti da kocke krupne budu odozgo. Pritisnite i sačekajte da se stegne.

Kad sam ih prvi put probala ništa lepše nisam jela. Mekane su i veoma ukusne. Probajte i uverićete se i sami. Punjenje može biti različito ja sam odabrala ovo mediteransko i prezadovoljna sam.

Pre nego počnete odvojite od brašna 6-7 kašika da lepo premesite testo i za posipanje.
Prvo stavite kvasac kašiku šećera, kašiku brašna i malo vode da nadođe, pomešajte suve sastojke brašno i so po obodu činije stavite. Onda dodajte kvasac pa redom vodu , mleko 2 jaja i ulje. Polako zamesite testo dodajte i kašiku brašna i mesite ga malo na radnoj površini. Formirajte loptu od testa i pazite sad!!
PODIGNITE TESTO RUKOM I BACITE GA O RADNU POVRŠINU! Da bacajte tako testo oko 25 puta pa ga malo premesite pa još 25 puta može i više. Slobodno ga udarite jače. Sad ga ostavite 45 min da nadođe u činiji pokrivenoj.

Zatim izvadite testo i podelite ga prvo na pola i onda svaku polovinu na 3 dela. Ukupno 6 delova. Razvlačite prvo jedan deo u malo krug 30-ak cm prečnik i podelite ga na 8 delova- trougla U svaki deo stavite po malo sir pa masline pa ruzmarin i beli luk. Motajte kifle stavite u pleh i ostavite da nadođu oko pola sata. Sada premažite umućenim jajetom i posolite odozgo crni ili običan susam ili po želji. Pecite oko 20-25 min na 200 stepeni..

Prvo sameljite svo seme pojedinačno i stavite u jednu posudu, zatim slomite jaja dodajte vodu, sodu bikarbonu i so. Izmešajte sve lepo i zatim stavite u kalup prekriven peki papirom. Poravnajte i odozgo isto prebacite papir da nebi pucao tokom pečenja i pecite na 250 stepeni oko 40 min

8, prstohvat soli

Umutiti puter i prah šećer 2-3 min pa dodavati polako sok od limuna, i vanilu.

Zatim odvojiti 1/3 smese u dve činijice (u jednu manje u drugu više)
U manju smesu dodati kako 1 kašičicu u veću 3 kašičice i to promešati da se sjedini
Sad u deo sa 2/3 dodavati polako brašno i mesiti. Upotrebiti 2/3 brašna i izmesiti u glatko testo.
Zatim testo uviti u foliju i ostaviti u frižider

Sada razvući skroz svetli deo na 5mm i dok to radite i spremate pleh prođe 15 min. Izvadite one štapiće secite na na po 1cm debljine i ređajte po razvučenom testu. Ostatak izmrvite i stavite odozgo foliju pa polako razvijte testo još malo.

Evo Božićnog kolača koji sam sad isprobala. Odličan je mirisan i ukusan. Delim recept sa vama.<br />
Potrebno vam je:<br />

<li>200 gr maslaca</li>
<li>150 gr šećera</li>
<li>1 kesica vanilin šečer</li>
<li>2 kašike meda</li>
<li>1/2 kašičice cimeta(mleveni)</li>
<li>1/2 kašičice kardamoma(mleveni)</li>
<li>1/2 kašičice karanfilića (mrvljeni)</li>
<li>4 jaja</li>
<li>100 gr oraha seckanih</li>
<li>200 gr čokolade seckane</li>
<li>100 gr suvog grožđa</li>
<li>100 gr brusnica</li>
<li>malo ekstrata ruma</li>
<li>250 gr brašna</li>
<li>1 prašak za pecivo</li>
<li>malo strugane kore od limuna</li>
</ul>
Prvo potopiti brusnicu i suvo grožđe u malo vode i dodati ekstrat od ruma. Onda umutite maslac sa šećerom i vanilom. Dodajte med, cimet, kardamom i karanfilić, a zatim dodavati jedno po jedno jaje i mutiti.<br />
Zatim dodati orahe i čokoladu pa oceđene brusnice i grozdje. Nakon toga dodavati polako brašno sa praškom za pecivo i mešati. Na kraju dodati i rendanu koricu limuna. Izmešati lepo i masu staviti u duguljasti podmazan pleh. Peći na 200 stepeni 40min pa smanjiti na 150 i peći još 30 min. Proveriti čačkalicom kad je pečeno. Ostaviti malo u plehu pa onda izvaditi<br />

Konačno pravi recept za vafle, posle traganja nađoh i dodah ponešto sad je savršen. Ustvari fora je u tome da se belanci dodaju naknadno i probala savršeni su. Evo recepta:<br />

mera je šolja od 250 gr zapremine<br />

<li>2 jaja</li>
<li>2 šolje mleka</li>
<li>1/2 šolje ulja</li>
<li>1/4 šolje šećera</li>
<li>1 vanilin šećer</li>
<li>2 šolje brašna</li>
<li>1 pp (prašak za pecivo)</li>
<li>1/2 kašičice soli (kafene)</li>
<li>1 kašičica kardamoma mlevenog</li>
</ul>

Prvo izmešajte suve sastojke, brašno, prašak za pecivo, so, šećer i kardamom.<br />
U drugoj posudi pomešajte 2 žumanca, vanilin šećer, ulje i mleko<br />
U trećoj posudi umutite čvrsto 2 belanca<br />
Sada smesu sa žumancima sipajte u brašno i polako mutite da nema grudvica, na kraju dodajte belanca i polako izmešajte kašikom da ne splasnu previše.<br />

Sada zagrejte dobro aparat za vafle i obavezno malo podmastite uljem i gore i dole i sipajte po jednu kutlaču smese i pržite kao i druge vafle (oko 5-6 min).<br />

Ako vam se na ovoj vrućini jede sladoled i to po vašem ukusu evo recepta. Vrlo se lako pravi i količinski ispada baš mnooogo. Meni su ispale dve velike kutije po 1600 gr i jedna od 1000 gr<br />
A evo i potrebnih sastojaka:<br />

<li>400 gr šlag KREM </li>
<li>2 eskimka od vanile</li>
<li>100 gr šećera</li>
<li>1 litar mleka</li>
<li>250 ml kisele pavlake</li>
<li>i po želji dodatke (mlevene plazma, mrvljeni oreo keks, maline, jagode, ...)</li>
</ul>
Prvo u veću vanglicu (onu od 5-6 litara) sipate šlag krem eskimko i šećer. Onda sipate polako hladno mleko i mutite. Posle 5 min mućenja isključite mikser i dodate kiselu pavlaku ali izmešate kašikom ili špatulom polako. I gotovo. Sada možete podeliti u više posuda i dodati po šelji razne sastojke.<br />

Kod mene se najbolje pokazala mlavena plazma 100 gr na 1/3 sladoleda. Ja sam još dodala samlevene maline 100 gr u drugi deo i u treći rendanu čokoladu. A možete staviti i kokos, jagode keks oreo mrvljeni isl.<br />

Pomešati sve suve sastojke pa dodati pavlaku i zamesiti testo. Odmah rastanjiti na 2 cm debljine vaditi modlom pogačice i peći 15-20 min na 180 stepeni.<br />

Konačno sam rešila da napravim kućicu od medenjaka :D. Ispala je super i sada delim sa vama recept i način izrade.<br />
Potreban materijal:<br />
<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>150 gr meda</li>
<li>70 gr putera</li>
<li>2 jaja</li>
<li>150 gr prah šećera</li>
<li>1 kafena kašičica sode bikarbone</li>
<li>začini (ja sam dodala po jednu kašičicu cimeta, i kakao i 1/2 kašičice đumbira u prahu)</li>
<li>2 kašike vode</li>
<li>500 gr prosejanog brašna</li>
<li>i za ukrašavanje 1 belanac , 250 gr prah šećera i 1 kašičica limunovog soka</li>
</ul>
Od istog testa možete raditi i medenjake. A posle isecanja kućice ostaće vam testo i za neki medenjak (10-15)<br />
Testo se umesi jedan dan ranije i ostavi u frižideru preko noći.<br />
Rastopiti na laganoj vatri med i puter- nesme da provri, ostaviti da se prohladi. Mikserom umutiti 2 jaja sa šećerom u prahu pa dodati sodu bikarbonu , začine i 2 kašike vode. Onda dodati rastopljeni med i puter i polako dodavati brašno. Sve lepo umesiti i ostaviti u frižider da prenoći.<br />
Kad izvadite iz frižidera testo je stegnuto ali kako ga mesite ono se opušta. Izmesite ga dobro i pobrašnite površinu jer se lepi.<br />
Onda razvucite testo na 1 cm debljine pa po šemi iscrtajte delove kućice. Šema je <a href="http://pickyourownchristmastree.org/gingerbread/GingerbreadHouseTemplates.pdf">OVDE</a>. A vi možete smanjivati dodavati prozore i slično. Sada ispecite delove 10 min na 180 stepeni ili ako je jača rerna na 150. Kad izvadite treba da bude mekano testo ali se ono stegne za 10ak min.<br />

Sada pripremite masu za spajanje i šaranje. Umutite RUČNO belanac sa polaganim dodavanjem 250 gr prah šećera, na kraju dodajte malo soka od limuna i ako treba još malo šećera jer masa nesme previše da curi. Sada možete ukrašavati delove. Odsecite vrlo mali otvor na ćošku kesice i napunite je masom ili možete špricem ako imate dobar nastavak. Ukrasite delove po želji. Kad se osuši masa za pola sata onda polako spojite kućicu.<br />

Prvo stavite karton ili papir za odozdo. Na njemu nacrtajte liniju masom od belanaca za zadnju stranu kuće pa zalepite tu stranu uspravno, onda nacrtajte liniju za stranicu i spojte masom na ćošku. Podglavite sa strane da ne padne dok se ne zalepi. Ojačajte ivice masom. Onda lepite krov. Prvo jednu stranu pa podglavite odozdo šoljicom ili čašicom, pa onda drugu stranu i nju podglavite.<br />

Evo recepta za fenomenalne punjene paprike. To kaže moj muž a recept je od moje mame tj njegove tašte. Otuda naziv baba Srebrine punjene paprike. Evo prenosim i vama , a recept je za veću količinu oko 30-ak paprika . Sastojci:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>30-ak paprika za punjenje (zavisi od veličine)</li>
<li>1/2 kg mlevenog svinjskog mesa</li>
<li>1/2 kg mlevenog junećeg mesa</li>
<li>6-7 glavica crnog luka srednjih</li>
<li>1 veća glavica belog luka ili 2 manje</li>
<li>3 velike šargarepe</li>
<li>5-6 supenih kašika masti</li>
<li>2 male šoljice pirinča ili 1 šolja kao donkafe</li>
<li>začini so, šećer, aleva paprika, suvi začini mirođija, peršun, biber</li>
</ul>

Priprema.<br />
Iseckati crni , beli luk i šargarepu i prvo otopiti mast u nekoj većoj šerpi (npr od 3 lit) u otopljenu mast dodati lukove i šargarepu i pržiti da omekša 5-6 min. Dodati 2 kašičice soli i 1 kašičicu aleve paprike kao i 2 kašičice šećera (kafene kašičice).<br />

Kada se skroz omekša u to dodati mleveno meso i mešajući pržiti da meso dobije braonkastu boju. Onda dodati prethodno opran pirinač. Sve to pržiti 5-6 min i zatim dodati još malo aleve paprike, pa kad porumeni dodati 2 kašičice vegete, 1 kašičicu bibera, 1 kašičicu suvih začina, mirodija i peršun a može i sveži ako imate. Pržiti još 5 min.<br />

Evo fenomenelnog začina koji može da menja vegetu. I što je najbitnije bez aditiva je i zdrav. Potrebno vam je sledeće povrće:<br />

Evo jednog divnog sosa koji možete upotrebiti kao dodatak uz piletinu, pečenje i uz razna druga jela gde vam prija. To je sos od kukuruza šećerca. Dakle potrebno je:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>450 gr kukuruza šećerca (ili jedno pakovanje smrznutog kukuruza šećerca)</li>
<li>50 gr maslaca</li>
<li>2-3 kašike kisele pavlake</li>
<li>2-3 kašike soja sosa </li>
<li>so po ukusu</li>
<li>1/2 kafene kašičice kurkume</li>
<li>1 litar vode </li>
</ul>

Stavite vodu oko 1 litra da zavri. U tu vodu stavite 1-2 kašičice soli i sipajte kukuruz pa kuvajte 10 min. Kad je kuvan ocedite ga u rešetki ali ostavite 1 šolju vode u kojoj je kuvan. Sada u blender stavite kukuruz i dodajte vodu prvo 1/2 šolje oa i ostatak ako treba da nije previše retko.<br />

Stavite i naseckan puter pa izmeljite. Presipajte u drugu posudu. Sada u to dodajte pavlaku, soja sos i kurkumu i dobro izmešajte. Posolite ako nije slano. I Eto ga sos je gotov. :D<br />

I evo fenomenalnog vranjanskog recepta. Preuzela od nekih prijatelja. Probajte dopašće vam se. Odlično je i brzo se sprema. Potrebno vam je : P.S. ja spremala u tepsiju br 34 jer smo mnogo a vi možete smanjiti :D<br />

<li>1 kg brašna</li>
<li>1 kašika suvog kvasca ili 1 kesica 10gr</li>
<li>400-500 ml mlake vode</li>
<li>4 jaja </li>
<li>2 supene kašike masti</li>
<li>250 gr sira - po želji</li>
<li>200 ml mleka</li>
<li>2 kafene kašičice soli </li>
<li>1 kafena kašičica šećera</li>

Staviti u posudu za mešenje brašno, kvasac so, šećer i zamesiti vodom. Treba da bude tvrđe nego za hleb. Testo se ne čeka da nadolazi već se odmah izvadi iz posude i još malo mesi. Sada se podeli na tri dela i to prvo na pola pa onda jedna polovina još na pola. Znači treba da imate jednu veću jufku i dve manje.<br />
Sada onu veću razvučete oklagijom da bude veća od obode tepsije. Stavite preko tepsije da viri sa strane.<br />

Sada napravite fil od dva jaja i sira. a prethodno rastopite mast da bude vruća. Pa 1/3 prelijete preko kore malo i razmažete. Zatim stavite 1/2 fila . Onda razvučete manju jufku na veličinu tepsije i stavite preko toga. Izbodete viljuškom odozgo.<br />

Pa ponovo stavite mast 1/3 pa fil 1/2 i razvučete i drugu jufku pa stavite preko. E sad ne stavljate ništa preko nje. Samo izbodete viljuškom. Sada umutite još dva jaja i mleko i to sipate odozgo. Posle toga krajeve koji vire iz tepsije savijete unutra, kao na slici.<br />

Nedavno sam upoznala jednu predivnu bakicu koja ima 84 godine. Toliko je pozuitivna i puna energje prosto je fenomenalna. Beskrajno sam joj zahvalna za druženje i recepte. Epa ta bakica koja se zove Anđelina mi je ispričala neke recepte i ja sam isprobala ovo sočivo. Šta drugo da vam kažem kad prvi put kad sam ga pravila deca su pojela sve i nisam stigla da slikam. Ali evo sada sam uhvatila vreme dok nisu seli za sto i slikala. A evo i recepta:<br />

Potrebno je:<br />

<li>300 gr sočiva</li>
<li>2 glavice crnog luka srednje</li>
<li>5-6 čena belog luka </li>
<li>1 šargarepa takođe srednje veličine</li>
<li>unutra možete da stavite na primer ostatke od pečenog pileta, pečenja ili slaninice čisto da mu da šmek oko 100-150 gr</li>
<li>1 supena kašika vegete</li>
<li>1 kafena kašičica soli</li>
<li>2 kašike brašna</li>
<li>1/2 kašičice bibera</li>
<li>1-2 kašičice aleve paprike</li>
<li>1 šolja za belu kafu paradajza iz flaše</li>
<li>mast ili ulje za zapršku (1/2 šoljice kafene) od donkafe</li>
</ul>
Sočivo potopite u hladnoj vodi i ostavite da odstoji jedan sat. Sada ga stavite na ringlu sipajte vodu da ga poplavi i još dve šolje više i pustite da zavri. Naseckajte crni luk i šargarepu i dodajte u to. Dodajte mu i pripremljeno meso ako želite a može i bez toga ako je posno.<br />

Kuvajte oko sat vremena stalno dolevajući vodu da bude čorbasto. Sada ga posolite sa 1 kašičicom soli i dodajte po ukusu ako treba još. U međuvremenu načistite beli luk. (Tu postoji jedan trik za lakše čišćenje pritisnite svaki čen pomalo odozgo pre ljušćenje i onda se lakše ljušti ).<br />

Vrlo malo propržiti pa 1/2 zaprške sipati u sočivo a drugu polovinu vratiti na ringlu pa u nju dodati paradajz iz flaše i malo propržiti 2-3 mim. Zatim sipati i taj ostatak zaprške izmešati sočivo i isključiti pa ostaviti na ringlu da se ukrčka.<br />

Evo jedne lagane krem čorbice odlične za zimske a može i za letnje dane. Ona je od brokolija i karfiola. Potrebno vam je:<br />
<ul style="text-align: left;">
<li>1 manja glavica brokolija</li>
<li>1 manja glavica karfiola - veličine pesnice za obadve važi</li>
<li>1.5 litar vode</li>
<li>2 kocke za supu - poželji pileće ili goveđe</li>
<li>so po ukusu</li>
<li>biber mleveni</li>
<li>kisela pavlaka - za serviranje po želji</li>
<li>parče putera oko 25 grama </li>
</ul>
Stavite vodu zajedno sa kockama da zavri. Onda operite karfiol i brokoli i pokidajte ga na cvetiće veće. Stavite u zavrilu vodu i barite da omekša 3-4 min.<br />
Sada izvadite bareno povrće iz vode da se malo prohladi . Kad se prohladi samlati u blenderu povrće ali mu prilikom mlevenja dodavati i vodu u kojoj se kuvalo povrće. Kad je sve samleveno i utrošena sva voda vratiti u šerpu u kojoj se kuvalo i staviti na ringlu da proključa 1-2 min.<br />
Skloniti sa vatre pa staviti puter iseskan i dodati biber i so po potrebi. Izmešati da se otopi puter. Prilikom serviranja možete da dodate kiselu pavlaku mada je ukusna i bez toga.<br />

<li>500 gr šlag krema</li>
<li>400 ml hladne kisele vode</li>
<li>100 gr margarina</li>
<li>400ml kisele pavlake</li>

<li>200 gr šećera u prahu</li>
<li>6-7 kom plazma keksova</li>
<li>1/2 kg malina</li>
<li>4-5 napolitanki</li>

Onda u drugoj posudi umutite kiselu pavlaku i šećer u prahu pa tu dodate omekšali margarin i omekšalu belu čokoladu i sve sjediniti. Sada 2/3 šlaga sipate u smesu sa pavlakom i to sjedinite, preostalu 1/3 ostavite za filovanje odozgo i sastrane.<br />

Stavite onda prvu koricu pa na njoj fil sa plazmom. Zatim ide druga korica pa samo običan fil pa treća korica pa običan fil i preko stavite maline možete ih malo izdrobiti i preko stavite još malo fila da bi se zalepila sledeća korica.<br />

Evo recepta za kus-kus i mogu vam reći da je fenomenalan. Isprobano i dopada se celoj porodici :)<br />
A potrebno vam je sledeće:<br />

<li>jedne pileće grudi (manje ili veće po izboru)</li>
<li>2 glavice crnog luka</li>
<li>3-4 paprike ako ima može zelene i crvene mešano</li>
<li>2-3 šargarepe</li>
<li>1 tikvica manja</li>
<li>4-5 čena belog luka</li>
<li>150 gr kus kus-a</li>
<li>masnoća za prženje (kod mene 2 kašike masti a može i ulja)</li>
<li>4 dl.vode</li>
<li>peršun, bosiljak</li>
<li>so, kari, soja sos</li>
</ul>

Priprema ide ovako. Prvo nasecite piletinu na kockice veličine zalogaja i prelijte soja sosom 2-3 kašike pa to ostavite u frižideru dok pripremite povrće.<br />

Prvo stavite pirnač sa 1 šoljom vode da se skuva da omekša. Onda naseckajte na secku luk i šargarepu pa to propržite na masti ili ulju da omekša. Posolite malo. Zatim pomešajte u dubljem sudu mleveno meso, pirinač, luk i špargarepu, naseckan beli luk, začine (vegetu, so, biber, alevu papriku), prezle, 1/2 praška za pecivo, 2 jaja . Sve to lepo izmešajte i onda stavite 2 litara vode da zavri pa smanjite vatru. Sada pravite ćuftice veličine loptice za ping pong i spustajte u vodu.<br />

Kuvajte 15 min pa izvadite u vatrostalnu posudu, Meni su ispale 38 kuglica. Kuvala sam po 12-13 kom u jednoj turi. Sada u toj vodi gde su se kuvale ćuftice dodate samo fidu za supu i 2-3 kašičice vegete, prokuvate i imate supu. A za ćuftice umutite u posebnu posudu 2 jaja pa dodate pavlaku i to prelijete preko ćuftica. Možete da ga razredite malo mlekom ako je previše gusto. Odozgo narendajte sir ili kačkavalj i zapecite u rerni 15-20 min.</div>
